Motivic MIDI is designed as a standalone, offline creative tool. We do not require an account, we do not track your usage analytics, and we do not transmit any of your generated musical sequences to external servers.

2. Local Storage and File Access

The app requires specific on-device interactions to function, handled entirely locally:

MIDI Export: When you choose to export a session, the app uses Android's native Storage Access Framework to save standard .mid files directly to a local directory of your choosing.
Image Sharing: When utilizing the "Share Chord Matrix" feature, the app generates a temporary image file in your device's local cache to pass to your chosen Android share target (e.g., messaging apps or notes).
USB MIDI Routing: When routing MIDI to external hardware or a PC DAW, data is transmitted strictly via your physical USB connection.

3. Third-Party Services

Motivic MIDI does not integrate with third-party advertising networks, analytics providers, or cloud synchronization services.

4. Changes to This Policy

If there are any material changes to how Motivic MIDI handles data in future updates, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
